A 27 year old single white female who had already undergone sub-mammary breast augmentation through periareolar incisions. Although initially she was scared that her augmentation would be too noticible, she now wanted larger implants (an all too common story!). Her 275cc implants were exchanged for ones of 375cc. People frequently underestimate the breast size that they really desire. The reverse is seldom true.
