A 28 year old woman who had a bilateral breast augmentation via infra-areolar incisions. The scars are faintly visible in the post-operative photographs. The implants may be placed in front of, or behind, the muscle (here behind, or 'sub-pectoral'). There are pros and cons to each approach. Neither is 'wrong.'
