This is an 18 year old girl who has congenital breast asymmetry caused by under-development of the right breast. Correction of this is one of the most difficult procedures in aesthetic breast surgery since the two breasts are entirely different, not only in volume, but in shape also. Here, both breasts were augmented but with implants of different size and base width. Both breasts were tightened but not to the same degree. The patient and her mother were delighted with the result. Sometimes a second operation is required to fine tune the result.
