This 36 year old married white female had undergone removal of her implants and a compensatory breast lift (you can see the vertical scar below the nipple) due to the 'silicone scare' in the early 1990's. When the FDA pronounced gel-filled implants 'safe' and re-authorized their use in aesthetic surgery, she decided to be 're-augmented.' She now has the benefit of both an augmentation and a breast-lift (mastopexy).
