A 32 year old single white female of rather tall stature and wide chest. She had breast augmentation with sub-mammary (sub-glandular) placement of fairly large implants. Her nipples were rather low and so a crescent of skin was removed just above the areola on each side, so that each nipple-areolar complex could be raised 2 centimeters. The implants were inserted through the same incisions.
