A 38 year old divorced white female who had bilateral breast augmentation in the sub-pectoral plane (beneath the muscle). The incisions were infra-mammary (in the fold). This is the typical appearance of a sub-muscular augmentation with prominence of the upper pole in all views. There is also transient deformation of the implant with pectoral contraction.
