Rhinoplasty 1

A secondary rhinoplasty in a 22 year old white female. In the front view one can see the classic ‘A-frame deformity’ associated with an unbalanced dorsal profile from her previous surgery. In the side view she has another classic post-rhinoplasty complication: the ‘supra-tip deformity,’ sometimes called the ‘polly-beak deformity.’ All were corrected with a secondary open rhinoplasty with extensive use of cartilage grafts.
