Most Plastic Surgeons like to perform this kind of aesthetic abdominoplasty because it is relatively easy to get a good result. The problem here is a combination of loose skin and stretch marks. There is no excess fat and no overhang. The muscles are of good tone. The patient is in her mid thirties and has finished having children. Frequently the abdominoplasty is performed along with a breast augmentation or a breast lift. When done together, this combination is known as a ‘mommy makeover.’
