This slim and athletic black female had a virtual ‘prune belly’ following childbirth. This could be considered an exaggeration of regular stretch marks. She had no fold, excellent abdominal tone and no fatty accumulation. An abdominoplasty removed most of the irregularities and replaced them with a low transverse scar.
