Blepharoplasties are usually performed in young patients for unusual reasons since the aging process has not really taken hold. This 32 year old white female was extremely bothered by horizontal creases in the skin under the eyes, particularly the left. Most people would not notice them but they are visible in the preoperative photograph. I did a lower lid blepharoplasty to eliminate them.
