85-year-old sought upper and lower blepharoplasty for visual as well as cosmetic reasons. Here the patient’s eyelids are at the correct level (ie. he does not have ptosis). However, the redundant skin of the upper lids obstructs his field of view (blepharochalasis). Fat has been removed from the lower lids.
