35-year-old with bilateral capsular contracture and breast asymmetry. Treated with implant removal, open capsulectomy and breast lift. The obvious asymmetry was corrected at the same time with a small reduction on the left. The patient has an ‘anchor’ scar. Nowadays it would be a ‘lollipop’ scar. A lollipop scar does not have a transverse component in the fold under the breast.
