Fifty-year-old married woman who has had implants for 22 years. After giving birth to three children and the development of bilateral capsular contracture, she wanted her implants removed. Note the ‘pseudo-ptosis’ (bottoming out). A lift was not necessary in this case since the patient had a fair amount of native breast tissue and her skin tone was excellent. The pseudo-ptosis disappeared by itself.
