A 38 year old dancer complained that her submammary saline-filled implants were hard and had descended on her chest wall. She underwent an open capsulectomy and re-augmentation with (larger) 500cc gel-filled implants placed in the biplanar submuscular position. At the same time had a small breast lift using the Benelli technique.
