A moderately severe case of the ‘saddlebag’ deformity in a 26-year-old white female who was by no means overweight. It is a sad fact that such patients are told to diet and are mocked when they request liposuction. It is my experience in over 35 years of practice that dieting doesn’t work, but liposuction does!
