Mommy Makeover consisting of abdominoplasty and mastopexy (breast lift) in a 60-year-old white female who had lost 40 pounds in weight. The looser the abdominal skin, the longer the abdominal scar has to be. The vertical mastopexy resulted in a ‘lolly-pop’ scar, which has no sub-mammary horizontal component and is much less conspicuous than the traditional ‘anchor’ scar.
