It is a matter of common knowledge that Plastic Surgeons forget to take, or lose the preoperative pictures of their best results! Such is the case with this 29-year-old white female where the only pre-operative picture I have is a lateral showing an obvious bony hump. I put it up here to show the results of smiling on a plunging tip. (It makes it worse). During the operation, the columella of the nose was released from the upper lip via an intra-oral incision to abolish this effect. The hump was also reduced.
