A patient with congenitally low eyebrows. Other patients experience drooping of the brows with age. The surgical treatment is the same if the individual wants to look more alert and ‘rested.’ Some surgeons, who have not been trained in endoscopic brow-lifts, like to say that elevation using the endoscopic technique is ‘minimal.’ I beg to differ.
