A 55 year old nurse who probably had low brows in her youth (many models have low riding brows as one can see in the pages of Vogue). Nevertheless, they now make her seem tired and crowd out the skin of the upper eyelids. She had an endoscopic brow-lift and lower blepharoplasty. During the brow-lift the corrugator (frowning) muscles were deliberately weakened to give the patient a softer expression.
