This endoscopic brow-lift was performed primarily to reduce the glabellar frown lines. Because of their effect on the upper eyelid skin, upper blepharoplasties are seldom done at the same time. Eye closure would be at risk. However, lower blepharoplasties are permissible and can enhance the result greatly.
