This 64 year old female had drooping of her brow secondary to the aging process. In addition she had severe fatty bulges in the lower eyelids. Endoscopic brow-lift was combined with a lower lid blepharoplasty to kill two birds with one stone. Note the reduction in the glabella frown lines.
