This 68 year old lady requested facial rejuvenation. A blepharoplasty was combined with a full facelift to obtain the results shown. The patient had a dramatic improvement in the neck and jowls. The face was triangulated by the lower facial tightening to produce a more youthful facial shape. (As one ages the face tends to become rectangular with descent of the soft tissues.)
