Abdominoplasty 35

A 42 year old patient who presented with steatopygia (an excessive deposition of fat around the buttocks, hips and thighs). She was otherwise quite slim. An extended abdominoplasty, sometimes referred to as a ‘lower body lift,’ was required to alleviate the problem. The patient effectively had an abdominoplasty, a buttock lift and a lateral thigh lift.
