Following significant weight loss, this 39 year old patient was left with an accumulation of redundant skin and fat in the lower abdomen. The tissue had the consistency of marshmallows. This is not a typical abdominoplasty: the incision has to be much longer (in some cases circumferential). Nevertheless, the patient went on to feel more comfortable in fitted clothing with a much improved body image
