This 30-year-old black female lost breast volume after childbirth. 300cc implants were placed behind the breasts. Note the expansion of the nipple-areolar complexes postoperatively. This commonly happens when the breast skin is loose to begin with. It can be ‘corrected’ at the expense of a scar around the periphery of the areolae.
