Often patients with low brow position and simultaneous frown lines give other people the impression that they are either angry, extremely intense or both, even when they are totally relaxed. Endoscopic brow-lift allows upward drift of the eyebrows and eliminates the frown line(s) giving the patient a more relaxed, even quizzical, appearance. These issues, as demonstrated by this 42 year old woman, are not due to aging, but are of a more constitutional nature.
