Reconstruction:        Bilateral DIEP flaps

Opposite breast:      Bilateral DIEP flaps

Nipple:                      Local skin flaps and tattoo

Comment:                Sometimes a patient has insufficient tissue to reconstruct both breasts to their original size. Many patients are happy with the smaller size, however, if not, fat grafting can be used at a later stage to restore the preoperative volume.
