California Facelift 234

This lady in her late 60’s requested facial rejuvenation. A face-lift and quad blepharoplasty was suggested but she chose only to proceed with the face-lift. She was very slim with very little subcutaneous tissue. Fat grafting was not performed but the platysma muscle was transected to help define the neck. Extensive plication of the muscle fascia (SMAS) tightened both the face and neck.
