Description:
Compounding the structural features of aging in this 65 year old patient are the changes associated with chronic skin damage due to sun exposure. A facelift can triangulate the face, remove the neck folds, and reduce jowl formation, but the skin changes will require ongoing surface treatments such as laser or peels.
