Sometimes patients have only mild neck folds with early jowl formation. Nevertheless, a facelift can produce a fairly dramatic refreshing of one’s appearance particularly when combined with a small chin implant. Note the triangulation of the face in the post-op pictures as well as the increase in the cervico-mental angle. The patient was in her mid fifties.
