Gynaecomastia 4

A 17-year-old black male who developed gynaecomastia in his early teens. Not related to endocrine abnormalities, it was treated by liposuction and a concentric nipple-areolar reduction. The final scar is around the nipple areolar complex at its junction with normal skin and consequently difficult to see.
