A woman of a ‘certain age’ (45) with a history of multiple pregnancies ‘wanted her body back.’ She had kept slim and active but had seen her breasts sag and her abdomen crease with stretch marks. A ‘Mommy Makeover’ was the solution to her problems. She had a large breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck).
