Mommy Makeover 5

This was a very difficult ‘Mommy Makeover’ in a 41-year -old patient whose weight had plateaued out following gastric bypass 18 months after the surgery. She still had lots of ‘marshmallow’ fat and very large breasts. I carried out a bilateral breast reduction together with an abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck) in one sitting.
