Mommy Makeover 9

A 35-year-old black female with stretch marks, poor breast development and no excess body fat, requested a ‘Mommy Makeover.’ The stretch marks were reduced, but not eliminated, by the abdominoplasty. That is because they extended above the belly-button. Small breast implants were placed under the muscle (biplanar). The skin was so tight that larger ones were impossible to insert. In cases like this, a revision may be performed in six months by which time the skin will have loosened up. However, this patient was delighted with her new size!
