Description:
This 28-year-old white female was unhappy with her profile and requested a rhinoplasty. What she did not notice was that her under-projecting chin made a significant contribution to the imbalance of her facial features.
This shows the result of an open rhinoplasty together with a chin implant. Note the post-operative scar and the decreased nasal projection in the worm’s eye view.
