Diagnosis: Breast cancer
Radiation: Yes
Reconstruction: Bilateral, staged SGAP flaps
Timing: Immediate
Flap placement: Subcutaneous
Opposite breast: Bilateral mastectomies, and bilateral SGAP flaps
Nipple: Local skin flaps and tattoo
Comment: This patient initially had a DIEP flap to the right breast. A local recurrence of the cancer necessitated its removal with SGAP flap reconstruction. The left breast was reconstructed with a second SGAP flap.
