Incision:                   Infra-mammary

Implant:                   300cc Silicone gel

Placement:              Sub-pectoral/biplanar

In some of the younger patients the skin is so tight that it may be difficult fitting in the size of implant the patient requests. In such cases a compromise may have to be made. However it is usually possible to re-augment the patient with larger implants a year or so later. By then the skin will have stretched sufficiently.
