Description:
The medial downward angulation of the eyebrows together with the vertical frown line made this 56 year old lady appear angry even when she wasn’t. An endoscopic brow-lift elevated the brow and weakened the corrugator (frowning) muscle, giving the patient a more sanguine appearance. It also improved the appearance of her eyes making them appear larger and rounder. An upper blepharoplasty was not necessary.
