Mommy Makeover consisting of a circumferential abdominoplasty (lower body lift) and mastopexy (breast lift) in a 53-year-old white female who had lost 80 pounds in weight. The looser the abdominal skin, the longer the abdominal scar has to be. In this case it was circumferential, resulting in a buttock lift as well. The vertical mastopexy resulted in a ‘lolly-pop’ scar, which has no sub-mammary horizontal component and is much less conspicuous than the traditional ‘anchor’ scar.
